How it plays

Tap to serve customers at your street stall, then hire a seller, a runner and a cook so the money keeps coming while you're away. Open a vada pav cart, a juice centre, a highway dhaba, a café, a family restaurant, fine dining and finally a chain — each with its own crowd, menu and room to decorate.
